Who are we?

I am Jake and I came up with the idea of Hireloop because I saw recruiters being buried in admin and non high impact work. 

After years in talent acquisition, I realised that too much time was being spent on busywork: inboxes, sourcing, scheduling, chasing feedback, updating trackers instead of actually networking, building relationships and high impact work.

Recruiters were burning out, candidates were slipping through the cracks, and hiring processes were slowing down not because of lack of talent, but because of lack of support.

So I came up with Hireloop a recruitment-focused support service that steps in when teams are stretched. We handle the behind the scenes work that eats up your day, so you can focus on what really matters: building relationships, high impact work, and making great hires.

Retained Support is designed for businesses that need regular help each month. You commit to a minimum number of hours  e.g. (20 per month), and in return, you get a lower hourly rate, guaranteed availability, and a more embedded level of support we work as a true extension of your team.
